About Mandy

I believe that clarity and confidence in leadership grow when we pause long enough to listen to the stories we’re telling ourselves—and then choose to rewrite them.

As a leadership coach and facilitator, I support professionals and teams navigating change, purpose, and growth. My journey began with 13 years in Human Resources leadership roles in the private sector, followed by another 13 years serving around the world with the U.S. Department of State. There, I have created innovative programs like the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs’ first Future Leaders Program for mid-level diplomats and held roles such as Senior Workplace Advisor in Washington, D.C. and Training Director in Frankfurt.

Through these experiences, I observed how often leaders feel pressure to have all the answers. What’s often most needed is space to reflect, realign, and lead with intention. I realized I was doing too much fixing and not enough listening—an insight that ultimately inspired me to become a coach.

Today, I offer a coaching partnership rooted in presence, values, and storytelling. My clients are leaders facing change, professionals at a pivot point seeking clarity of purpose, and teams looking to deepen their collective capacity.

With a bachelor’s in Human Resources Development from the University of Florida, a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University, and ongoing training through The Moment Institute, my approach blends public service experience, storytelling, and a simple belief: we grow stronger, bird by bird.
